Hundreds of Ibises migrate down our canal at dusk every day during the winter and spring season. The come in waves of 10-80 birds at a time. Many nights they fly at eye level. These beautiful birds do not speak as they fly. But, the sound of the wind moving beneath their wings as they pass is breathtaking.
